The method.
"Kaizen" is a Japanese word meaning continuous improvement. It isn't a slogan — it's how we run every site: plan, build, inspect, fix, repeat better.
Consultation & scope
We meet on site or over video. You describe what you want; we listen, measure and surface the real constraints — budget, lot, zoning — before promising anything.
Design, drawings & permits
Our team produces drawings and coordinates engineering, then files permits with the City of Toronto or Montréal. You sign off on every major decision before it becomes final.
Fixed quote & schedule
You get a line-by-line itemised quote and a dated schedule. No "starting from" pricing, no hidden costs that appear halfway through.
Build & coordination
Our in-house crews handle the core build; specialist trades are coordinated by a single project lead. The site stays clean, secured, and moving to plan.
Stage-gate quality control
This is where Kaizen lives. At every milestone — foundations, framing, rough-ins, insulation — we inspect and photo-document before a wall is closed. Defects get fixed while they're still visible, not a year later.
Handover & warranty
Joint final walkthrough, deficiency list cleared before the keys change hands, and a 10-year builder warranty backed by a third-party independent warranty. We stay reachable after the job ends.
The last 1% is everything.
Schedules held
Stage-gated scheduling means delays get caught early — while there's still time to recover them.
Budgets respected
Fixed pricing and transparent tracking: no surprise invoice waiting at the end of the project.
Quality that lasts
What's inspected before it's covered stays solid long after the keys change hands.
A process you can see.
